Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Wine Bar Manager to lead our vibrant wine-focused establishment. In this role, you will assist in the overseeing of daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and collaborate with a talented team dedicated to delivering memorable wine experiences. Your leadership will drive the success of the wine bar by maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, assist in managing inventory, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional to showcase their supervisory skills within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with the Supervision of all aspects of wine bar operations, including staff scheduling to and ensuring smooth service flow Train and develop team members in food preparation, wine service techniques, POS systems, and customer service excellence Assist with the oversee of food handling, food safety management, and adherence to health regulations to maintain a safe dining environment Assist in the manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste while ensuring quality standards are met Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales using POS systems Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, catering events, and special functions to ensure seamless service delivery Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality management roles with a focus on casual dining or fine dining environments Extensive background in supervising teams within quick service & fast food restaurant settings or similar fast-paced venues Familiarity with POS systems for sales processing and inventory management Strong knowledge of food safety standards, kitchen management, and food production processes Experience with supervising, assisting or collaborating with hospitality teams in a bar or beverage-focused setting; bar experience is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for financial transactions Previous roles involving training & development, team leadership, managing hospitality teams, or assistant manager responsibilities are preferred Wine knowledge or Sommeliar certification preferred but not required.
