This position is responsible for installing plumbing fixtures, completing final connections, testing systems, and ensuring each project is finished professionally and ready for inspection and homeowner turnover. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean, high-quality work, works independently, communicates well with builders and homeowners, and can identify and resolve issues in the field. Responsibilities Install and connect toilets, faucets, sinks, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures. Install shower trim, tub trim, valves, and related finish components. Install and connect water heaters as required. Complete final water, drain, and fixture connections. Install hose bibs and other finish plumbing components. Inspect previous rough-in work and identify problems before completing trim. Test fixtures and plumbing systems for proper operation and leaks. Make adjustments and minor repairs necessary to complete the job. Ensure fixtures are level, secure, clean, and professionally installed. Protect finished surfaces, cabinets, countertops, flooring, and homeowner property while working. Review project plans, fixture schedules, and job requirements before installation. Identify missing, damaged, or incorrect fixtures and communicate issues promptly. Complete punch-list and warranty items when necessary. Maintain an organized company vehicle and required tools and materials. Communicate professionally with builders, superintendents, homeowners, and TB Plumbing management. Maintain a clean jobsite and remove plumbing-related debris upon completion. Follow applicable plumbing codes, company procedures, and safety requirements. Assist with service, remodel, or other plumbing work when needed. Qualifications Previous experience as a residential plumber, preferably with significant trim/finish plumbing experience . Ability to independently complete the trim phase of residential plumbing projects. Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and fixtures. Ability to troubleshoot installation and fixture-related problems. Ability to read plans, specifications, and fixture schedules. Knowledge of applicable plumbing codes and installation standards. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Professional communication skills and dependable attendance. Ability to work independently while coordinating with the project team. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely lift and move plumbing fixtures, water heaters, tools, and materials.
