Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, staff scheduling, and financial performance Oversee food safety standards, ensuring compliance with health regulations and proper food handling procedures Supervise kitchen and front-of-house teams, providing training, coaching, and development to foster a motivated and skilled workforce Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Handle cash management duties including cash handling procedures, daily reconciliation, and deposit preparation Implement shift management strategies to ensure smooth service flow during busy hours and special events like banquets or catering functions Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to uphold high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction Qualifications Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with supervising responsibilities Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking processes, and kitchen management practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales tracking and inventory management Strong background in food safety protocols, food handling, and health regulations compliance Experience in staff training & development, interviewing, hiring, and performance evaluations Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment Background in hospitality management with experience in managing budgets, food production, catering, bar operations or hotel experience is highly desirable Join our team as a General Manager
