Job Description

Position General Manager We're seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee daily operations at two new premier clubhouse properties in the Jacksonville and Tampa areas. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing F&B operations in a private club, HOA F&B, or upscale hospitality setting, with strong hands-on leadership, budgeting, and member/resident relations skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of General Manager experience in private clubs, HOA F&B, or upscale restaurant management Strong financial and P&L management skills Excellent leadership and staff development abilities Outstanding guest service and employee training orientation Experience with Restaurant365 is a plus Benefits Restaurant Partners, Inc.
