Big Kahuna Beach Grill is looking for a confident, hands-on FOH Manager who enjoys leading people, creating an exceptional guest experience, and helping a team succeed. What You'll Do Lead and support the FOH team during daily restaurant operations Create a welcoming, energetic Big Kahuna guest experience Oversee servers, hosts, and other FOH team members during assigned shifts Ensure proper opening, closing, and shift-change procedures are completed Monitor table sections, guest flow, wait times, and overall service Coach employees in real time with positive, constructive feedback Maintain high standards for guest service, cleanliness, appearance, and professionalism Handle guest concerns and service recovery with Aloha and confidence Support the team during busy periods and jump into service positions when needed Communicate important shift information to the GM, AGM, and management team Help ensure FOH employees follow company policies, procedures, and service standards Assist with training and developing new FOH team members Help monitor labor and make adjustments based on business needs Assist with cash handling, side work, and closing responsibilities Document and communicate employee or guest incidents to management Lead by example and help create a positive, respectful People First culture Be dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and willing to jump in wherever needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is a natural leader , enjoys developing people, takes pride in exceptional guest service, and can confidently lead a busy FOH shift.
