Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee, train, and develop all staff. Ability to manage two restaurants simultaneously Leadership mentality with the ability to motivate and build a strong team Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and cultivate return business Maintain store budget and meet annual sales goals set forth by ownership

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

3-5 years experience as a General Manager 8-10 years in the F&B industry overall Ownership mentality New restaurant opening experience a plus

Restaurant General Manager Benefits:

Strong Base Salary $91,000 - $115,000 Up to 10% Relocation Health benefit menu Vacation/ PTO/ travel benefits
