Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation in compliance with health regulations and company policies. Supervise kitchen activities such as cooking, food handling, inventory control, and food production to ensure quality and consistency. Manage POS systems including Toast POS for accurate order processing and cash handling procedures. Train, develop, and evaluate team members through effective staff training programs and ongoing coaching. Monitor financial performance by analyzing profit and loss statements, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue streams. Oversee inventory management to minimize waste, control costs, and ensure the availability of ingredients for daily operations. Handle customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction while fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Conduct shift management duties including scheduling staff rotations and supervising day-to-day activities. Collaborate with catering teams or banquet services when applicable to support special events or large parties. Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant management roles. Proficiency with POS systems such as Toast POS; cash handling expertise required. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food safety standards. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Experience with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and cost management strategies. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with the ability to resolve issues professionally and efficiently. Basic math skills for order accuracy, financial calculations, and inventory tracking. Hospitality management experience including fine dining or casual dining environments preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
