Job Description
Operations Manager — Multi-Unit McDonald's (4 Restaurants) Capital City McDonald's — Springfield, Illinois Full-Time | Salaried (Exempt) | $72,000
- 95,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus About Us Capital City McDonald's is a second-generation, family-owned McDonald's franchisee organization operating 16 restaurants in the Springfield, Illinois market.
- Full operational and P&L accountability for 4 restaurants, including sales, guest counts, and Profit After Controllables (PAC%) performance
- Developing your General Managers and building a strong bench of Assistant Managers and Certified Shift Leaders in every store
- Restaurant standards: food safety, QSC, speed of service (OEPE), and readiness for PACE and food safety visits
- Driving guest count growth and executing national and local marketing initiatives
- Staffing and scheduling health across your portfolio, in partnership with our People Director
- Regular restaurant visits, shift observations, and structured GM one-on-ones What We're Looking For
- McDonald's experience is required . Strong candidates include current multi-unit Supervisors/Operations Managers, high-performing GMs ready for a multi-unit role, or McOpCo supervisors looking to join a growing franchisee organization
- Proven P&L management and a track record of improving restaurant results
- A people developer — you've promoted managers, built shift leader benches, and can point to leaders you've grown
- Hamburger University (or equivalent McDonald's leadership curriculum) completion preferred
- ServSafe / food safety certification (or ability to obtain promptly)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between restaurants daily Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$72,000- 95,000, based on experience
- Monthly performance bonus— 10% of all bonus dollars earned by the leadership teams across your 4 restaurants, so you win when your stores and your people win
