General Manager - Restaurant We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy restaurant. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations, with the ability to step in and support the team wherever needed. Responsibilities Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and support staff while maintaining high standards of service and food quality. Be hands-on when needed, including working the kitchen line or serving guests. Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, and operational needs. Maintain a positive, accountable, and respectful team environment. Ensure excellent guest experiences and consistent business operations. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant, bar, or hospitality management. Strong working knowledge of both FOH and BOH operations. Ability to confidently step into kitchen and service roles when necessary. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. A hands-on management style with the ability to earn the respect of the team through competence and accountability. Flexible availability based on business needs. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ranging from $60,000-$100,000 per year, depending on experience and capabilities.
