Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as the Holiday Inn Express Hotel Assistant General Manager! In this vibrant role, you will lead the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth management of all hotel functions. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure seamless guest experiences Lead and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive team environment while managing human resources functions such as scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Manage revenue and budgeting processes to maximize profitability while maintaining high service standards Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong guest relations Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial record-keeping in compliance with hotel policies Implement and monitor hospitality standards across all departments to uphold the resort's reputation for excellence Coordinate with departments such as food & beverage, maintenance, and reservations to optimize operational efficiency Skills Proven supervising experience within hospitality or hotel management environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relations Knowledge of revenue management strategies and budgeting practices in a resort setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively Experience with human resources functions including staffing, training, and conflict resolution Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and night audit procedures Deep understanding of hotel management principles, guest services standards, and hospitality best practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership transforms guest stays into memorable experiences! Pay:
$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
