As a Back of House Manager, you will be responsible for the heart of our operation — ensuring every order that leaves our kitchen meets the Chick-fil-A standard for quality, speed, and safety. This is a full-time night shift leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in running a clean, efficient, and high-performing kitchen.
Compensation:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hourSchedule:

20 years What You'll Be Responsible For Kitchen Operations Oversee all back-of-house operations during your shift, including food preparation, cooking, and order assembly Maintain rigorous standards for food quality, portion accuracy, and ticket speed Ensure the kitchen is organized, stocked, and running efficiently Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA standards without exception Complete the weekly required Compliance Report Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop kitchen team members in real time Position and manage the team effectively to meet volume demands throughout the shift Hold team members accountable to safety, cleanliness, and performance standards Identify and invest in team members who are ready to grow into leadership Collaboration & Communication Partner closely with Front of House Managers to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and guest-facing operations Communicate clearly and calmly under pressure to keep the team focused and productive Escalate operational or personnel concerns to restaurant leadership as needed Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who: Takes ownership of their station and their team without being asked Holds high standards for food quality and cleanliness, every shift Stays composed and solutions-focused when the kitchen gets busy Is physically able to meet the demands of a kitchen environment, including lifting a minimum of 25 pounds Genuinely cares about being part of something bigger than themselvesBenefits Include:
