Assistant Manager

• We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.

As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties:

• Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Work with GM to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
• Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with the team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience:

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in a managerial position
• Strong knowledge of food safety
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks
• ServSafe Certification a PLUS!
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
