Manager Responsibilities:
Build restaurant teams through leadership development and promoting a productive, positive culture People management, including keeping team members motivated, resolving conflicts, and making difficult decisions Follows and implements restaurant policies and procedures, holding team members accountable for their actions and/or behaviors Understands the profit and loss reporting process and has the financial understanding to meet or exceed the key performance indicators of the business Run shifts effectively to provide great food and excellent guest service Maintain compliance with operational and food safety procedures Manage food and labor costs
Qualifications:
1-2 years of manger experience in full service, casual dining, or quick-service restaurants required Valid driver's license required High school diploma required Must be 21 years or older Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Stay focused in a busy environment with the ability to multitask Knowledge of food cost and labor control Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Strong Microsoft Office skills required Experience with scheduling and POS systems preferred History of maintaining high standards in cleanliness, sanitation, product quality, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
