What You'll Be Doing As our Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of R.J.'s Bob-Be-Que Shack. Here's what your day-to-day might look like: Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain a high standard of service and food quality. Managing and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Handling scheduling, inventory, and ordering to ensure everything runs efficiently. Addressing customer feedback and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction. Monitoring financial performance, including budgets and sales goals. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
