Part-Time Concessions Assistant Manager Bayou Nation | Part-Time | Hourly, pay based on experience We're looking for an outgoing, high-energy leader to help run our concession stand. Bayou Nation hosts tournaments and events across many sports, so no two weekends look the same. If you do well in a busy setting, like leading a team and care about making every customer's experience a good one, we'd like to meet you. What You'll Do Lead a team of 6-10 concession staff per shift, with the Concessions Manager Keep lines moving and orders accurate during peak rushes Solve problems on the spot while keeping the customer first Run the Toast POS, handle cash and do end-of-shift closeouts Help with opening and closing, restocking, inventory, cleanliness and food safety Help train new staff and keep the team positive and on task Requirements Must be 21 or older Able to lift up to 50 lbs Able to stand and stay on your feet for long shifts Comfortable working fast in a high-volume setting Outgoing, dependable and good at solving problems Available to work weekends, evenings and event days Nice to Have (Not Required) Food handler's card Experience serving alcohol or a responsible-vendor permit Experience in concessions, restaurants or fast food Experience with Toast POS (we'll train you if you don't have it) Past experience leading or supervising a team Why Join Us Flexible part-time schedule built around our event calendar A fun, high-energy place to work, with tournaments and events across all kinds of sports Room to grow as Bayou Nation expands We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
