Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards and safety regulations. Handle POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability. Train and develop staff on food safety practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support team training initiatives. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for cost control and revenue growth.

Who we are looking for:

Preferred experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a background in food industry operations. Knowledge of POS systems along with cash handling procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks such as team leadership, and customer interactions.
