Fully Onsite Salary:
$75,000-$85,000 We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations for a premier winery and restaurant destination. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on exceptional hospitality, team development, operational excellence, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Lead daily restaurant and property operations, ensuring high service standards, operational efficiency, and an exceptional guest experience. Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop hospitality staff while building a strong culture of accountability and teamwork. Oversee financial performance, including P&L, labor costs, COGS, inventory, purchasing, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue opportunities. Partner closely with culinary, wine, events, and operations teams to deliver elevated dining experiences, special events, and destination hospitality. Maintain operational standards across staffing, reservations, table flow, property readiness, compliance, and overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience , including General Manager or senior leadership responsibilities. Experience in higher-end, chef-driven, winery, resort, hotel, or full-service hospitality environments preferred. Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L management, labor, food/beverage costs, budgeting, forecasting, and inventory control . Proven ability to recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing hospitality teams while holding employees and managers accountable. Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership skills with the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods . #
