Job description: We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Banquet Hall Manager to oversee daily operations at our upscale event venue. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to create exceptional guest experiences for weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day banquet hall operations Coordinate and oversee events from planning through execution Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring all expectations are met Supervise and train banquet staff, servers, and bartenders Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism Work closely with vendors, caterers, and event planners Manage scheduling, inventory, and ordering of supplies Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations Handle client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in banquet, hospitality, or event management Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Knowledge of event planning and food & beverage operations preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience with event management software Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
$52,000 per year + commission Opportunities for additional bonuses and incentives Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within the company
