Pastaria is one of our most beloved concepts: approachable Italian, family-friendly, high-volume, and a true Clayton staple. You'd work closely with the General Manager to run the business day-to-day, with a real opportunity to shape the floor experience and grow into broader leadership. Ideal candidates are... Self-starters who can identify what needs doing and take it on without waiting for instruction Organized and systems-oriented, with a strong sense of consistency and standards Skilled at training, leading, and developing staff Genuinely warm with guests, in both the easy moments and the hard ones Quick on their feet, able to balance the needs of guests, staff, and the business Team-oriented, fair, open to feedback and other perspectives Willing to ask questions, take chances, and learn from missteps Strong communicators who coach in real time and address issues as they happen Aware of food, beverage, and labor costs and how to manage them Passionate about hospitality at every level Previous management experience is preferred.
