We're hiring a Part-Time Bar Manager to lead the stick and the part-time bartenders when we're open for events. What you'll do

• Floor lead for part-time bartenders on event and service nights
• Run bar ops: open, shift, close
• Inventory, ordering, and pars so we don't run dry mid-event
• Cash handling and Toast POS (primary). Square is used for venue ticket sales; Square integration is in progress — nice-to-have familiarity, not the core of the job
• Keep the bar compliant (age checks, pour standards, TIPS / alcohol service rules)
• Coordinate with door, kitchen, and events so the room runs clean Pay $18-20/hour, depending on experience, plus a bar-sales override: 1% of bar sales on a normal night, 1.5% when bar sales clear a strong-night threshold (exact threshold set at hire). What we're looking for
• Real bar management or lead bartender experience
• TIPS or equivalent preferred (or willingness to get it before you manage)
• Event-night availability — evenings and weekends are the job
• Comfortable coaching a small team and owning the floor
• 21+ and able to work in The Grove, St.
