Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. Interact with customers, address inquiries or concerns, and ensure that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Train, develop, and motivate staff through effective onboarding, ongoing training sessions, and performance evaluations. Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Manage staffing schedules, conduct interviews for hiring new team members, and oversee shift management to meet operational needs.What We're Looking For In Our Manager:
A friendly and customer-focused attitude. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly. Flexible availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Dependable and punctual. Experience in a hospitality or food service setting is a plus, but not required — we're happy to train the right person! Standing and Being onFoot:
