The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, particularly in quick service and fast casual environments. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service while ensuring efficient kitchen management, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, and performance management. Oversee food preparation to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels. Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining high quality standards. Coordinate catering services as needed to enhance customer offerings. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale among staff. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Monitor restaurant performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices and food preparation techniques. Familiarity with inventory control systems and budgeting processes. Experience with POS systems, particularly Toast, is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A background in hospitality management is a plus. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. 45 hours/week minimum, all hours over 40 paid as overtime, 150% Compensation $20/hour plus tips Ability to work overtime hours at 150% pay Weekly tiered bonuses for hitting labor goals
