Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, showcasing exceptional leadership and team management skills. This role is crucial in ensuring that our kitchen runs smoothly, efficiently, and meets the highest standards of food quality and safety. Our kitchen managers are all a part of the team and expected to work alongside their team. Duties Support the head chef in all operations of the kitchen Run expo, line positions, and assist with prep Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards. Oversee food production processes, including catering services and bar operations. Conduct interviews and hire kitchen staff, providing training and ongoing support to ensure team success. Monitor inventory levels, manage food costs, and assist in budgeting for kitchen operations. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership practices. Qualifications Servesafe certification Proven experience in the food industry with a strong understanding of food management principles. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management and development. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
