Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager - Restaurant to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will lead hospitality teams, manage food safety standards, and maintain operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, management skills, and the ability to handle various responsibilities related to restaurant operations. Duties Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including shift management and team leadership. Conduct team training to ensure staff are knowledgeable about service standards, food safety, and POS systems. Oversee inventory levels, conduct daily prep needs, and ensure proper stock management. Manage food safety protocols to comply with health regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety. Utilize POS systems effectively for order processing, sales tracking, and reporting. Ensure excellent customer service by managing hospitality teams and fostering a positive work environment. Maintain operational efficiency through basic math skills for inventory calculations, sales analysis, and cost control. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality leadership role. Strong team training and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff. Proficiency in POS systems and basic math for inventory and financial management. Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shift schedules effectively. Ability to physically lift up to 65 pounds safely. ServSafe certified Demonstrated management capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Pay:
$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
