This role is ideal for a natural host who thrives on the floor, loves connecting with guests, and knows how to create an atmosphere people want to return to. The right person has a polished, professional presence with a true "life of the party" personality —outgoing, engaging, confident, and able to make every guest feel like a VIP.

Floor Manager Requirements:

Experience managing a high-volume restaurant Extremely guest-driven with a genuine passion for hospitality High-energy, outgoing, and highly visible on the floor Warm, engaging, and comfortable building relationships with regulars Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and hold a team accountable Calm, professional, and solutions-focused during demanding services Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
