As a Senior Property Maintenance Manager, you'll oversee everything from daily maintenance tasks and building inspections to training and mentoring our team. You'll be key in keeping our property in top shape, building strong relationships with residents, and ensuring everything runs smoothly - rain or shine!
Building Systems & Infrastructure Leadership:
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex HVAC systems , including boilers, air handlers, PTACs, chilled water loops, specialized HVAC zones, and multi-chilled water risers
- Manage electrical systems , including switchgear, UPS systems, backup generators, and distribution panels
- Supervise plumbing and domestic water systems , including pumps and water treatment systems
- Ensure compliance, reliability, and readiness of Fire/Life Safety systems , including sprinklers, fire alarms, smoke control systems, and fire command centers
- Monitor and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) and energy management controls
- Oversee vertical transportation systems (elevators) , coordinating inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor performance
