What You'll Do Lead day-to-day restaurant operations while delivering the authentic Bojangles experience to every guest Inspire, coach, and develop team members to create a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and Southern hospitality Drive operational excellence in food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction Ensure every biscuit, chicken tender, and Legendary Iced Tea® meets Bojangles standards Manage labor, inventory, food cost, and overall restaurant profitability Recruit, train, and retain top talent while building a strong leadership bench Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and food handling procedures Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while creating positive guest experiences Support local store marketing and community engagement initiatives What We're Looking For Previous restaurant management or leadership experience in a fast-paced environment Strong operational and people leadership skills Passion for hospitality, food quality, and guest service Ability to motivate and lead diverse teams while maintaining high standards Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and driving financial performance Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and restaurant compliance standards Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Catering, drive-thru, quick-service, or high-volume restaurant experience is a plus Why Join Bojangles?
