Roles and Responsibilities:

Monitor the morale, satisfaction and efficiency of service, to-go and hosting staff. Advocate for the interests of staff to upper management and executive staff. Identify staff members with skills and motivation suitable for management positions. Create and maintain a supportive, uplifting, positive working environment Ensure all steps of service are performed efficiently and effectively. Enhance and manage guest experiences, including resolving guest complaints or dissatisfaction. Maintain state standards of cleanliness and sanitation in seating area, server stations, and to-go counters. Monitor labor hours/percentages in compliance with state standards (PTO, overtime, unpaid breaks) Gain a working understanding of and give feedback on the efficacy of new training programs Intercept, filter, and summarize information for evaluation by the GM and AGM.
