Requirements as a Manager of the brand you must be able to: Leadership Traits and a Friendly Face Operate shifts (open and/or close) and ensure guest satisfaction is met as well as our cleanliness standards are maintained Maintain food safety standards throughout the shifts Ability to maintain/understand labor cost

REQUIREMENTS

Preparing smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards in a timely manner Deliver "Unparalleled Hospitality" that ensures the customer is completely satisfied with the experience Maintain a restaurant that ensures that our customers have a pleasant visit Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management and food service operations Strong staff training and team management skills Proficiency in food preparation and inventory control Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha and Micros Experience in supervising kitchen staff and ensuring quality food service Background in hospitality management and casual dining environments
