Job Description
Looking for a full-time restaurant manager to join our team at an upscale restaurant.
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, and food quality control
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Train and mentor staff members
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items and specials
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
Skills:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make quick decisions
- Proficiency in computer systems, including POS software and
