Line:
Run daily kitchen flow, prep, and cooking so the food always hits the standard.
Smart Stock Control:
Track inventory, order what we need, and cut down food waste to protect our resources.
Tech-Driven Ops:
Use modern digital POS systems (like Toast, Lightspeed, or Touch Bistro) for quick, smooth order tracking and sales checks.
Coach & Mentor:
Train and support your team. Be the kind of leader who listens, gives real feedback, and helps people level up their skills. Keep it
Safe:
Ensure food safety and clean habits are second nature for everyone on shift.
Manage Shifts:
Build fair schedules, keep the kitchen vibes positive, and solve problems fast when things get busy.
The Numbers Bit:
Look at basic P&L and budgets to see where we can save money and work smarter.
Team Up:
