As a Assistant General Manager (AGM) you will be responsible for: Assisting in directing and administering the operational efforts of the restaurant including on-target financial results, safety and security, hospitality, quality, service, and cleanliness. Ensure established policies and procedures are followed according to standard operating procedures, human resource policies, and strategic directives. Ensures guests are promptly and professionally served according to Company's guidelines. Assist in the selection, training, direction, development, and supervision of restaurant Team Members.
Additional Responsibilities include:
Restaurant services are efficiently and effectively delivered in accordance with established Company policies and standards. Good business relationships exist with customers and their questions and problems are promptly resolved. Restaurant personnel are developed and well-trained and efficient, and their activities well-coordinated. Required reports and records are accurate and timely. Suggestions are provided for improved efficiency or effectiveness in operations. Good working relationships exist with restaurant and corporate personnel. Restaurant profitability is in line with Company expectations.
