$35,000-$45,000 per year (Full-Time, Salaried) Greco's Italian Ices & Homemade Ice Cream is looking for a highly motivated, experienced General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Drums and Hazleton locations . Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of both the Drums and Hazleton locations Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing team Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a positive guest experience Lead by example and maintain a positive, professional work environment Manage retail operations, wholesale accounts, and on-site catering/events Maintain inventory, ordering, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and address performance concerns when necessary Monitor sales, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability Work closely with ownership to implement new ideas, improve operations, and grow the business Ensure both locations consistently meet Greco's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness Qualifications Previous restaurant management experience is required Experience leading and developing successful teams Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and driven to succeed Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between both locations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who takes ownership, leads with integrity, and genuinely cares about the success of their team.
