We're looking for a General Manager who wants to do more than just run a shift. We're looking for someone who loves developing people, creating great guest experiences, and building a team that takes pride in what they do. What You'll Do As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the entire restaurant and creating an environment where both guests and employees want to come back.

You'll:

Lead and develop your team — Hire, train, coach and develop employees so they can grow and succeed. Create great hospitality — Teach your team how to interact with guests, make people feel welcome and turn a good visit into a great one. Own the guest experience — Our open-kitchen concept puts our team face-to-face with our customers. We want a manager who understands that those interactions matter. Build a strong, cross-trained team — We operate with small teams, so everyone needs to know how to do more than one job and be willing to jump in where needed. Manage inventory and food costs — Maintain strong inventory controls, minimize waste and understand how daily decisions impact the business. Maintain high standards — Keep the restaurant clean, organized, safe and ready for guests every day. Lead from the front — Be willing to jump in and help when the restaurant gets busy, while also knowing when to step back and coach your team. Build accountability — Set clear expectations, follow up and help your team understand what great performance looks like. Work with our support team — Because we're a seven-store company, you'll have plenty of access to ownership and our support team. You won't be expected to figure everything out by yourself. You understand inventory, food costs, labor, cleanliness and the numbers behind running a successful restaurant. A team player.
