PM Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Food Manager to oversee day-to-day food service operations and join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional operational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for operational excellence, and experience in managing food environments. This role involves supervising team members, ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations, managing shift schedules, and maintaining high service quality in a fast-paced setting. Proven leadership experience and a ServSafe Food Manager certification are required to ensure safe, efficient, and professional operations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily food service operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency. Enforce strict food safety, health, and sanitation procedures in compliance with local regulations and ServSafe guidelines. Lead, supervise, and coordinate on-site staff during assigned shifts to ensure timely execution of tasks. Monitor inventory, supply levels, and equipment functionality to maintain smooth operations. Collaborate with site supervisors and management to address operational needs and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience: Previous experience as a Food Manager, Shift Supervisor, or in a leadership role within the food service industry.
Certification:
Must have an active ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Environment:
Ability to work effectively and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Work Ethic:
Dependable, punctual, and professional attitude.
Language:
