Locally owned pizza restaurant proudly served our community for more than 15 years. We're looking for an experienced, hands-on General Manager to join our team and help lead the next chapter. What You'll Do Lead and develop our restaurant team Create and manage employee schedules Train new employees and develop future leaders Maintain food quality and consistency Control food and labor costs Manage inventory and ordering Handle customer service issues Maintain cleanliness and food-safety standards Oversee daily restaurant operations Help create a positive, accountable team environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has restaurant management or strong supervisory experience Is comfortable leading a team Understands food and labor costs Is organized and dependable Has strong communication skills Can handle a busy Friday or Saturday night Is willing to work alongside the team Takes pride in food quality and customer service Can hold employees accountable Wants to develop employees and build a strong team Pizza/QSR experience is preferred, but we're willing to consider strong restaurant managers from other concepts. Compensation $60,000-$65,000 base salary
