Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff supervision Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Conduct staff training on food handling, safety protocols, POS usage, and customer service techniques Monitor inventory levels regularly; place orders to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing waste Supervise kitchen operations, including food production, catering services, banquet functions, and bar service when applicable Analyze profit and loss reports to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth Enforce health and safety standards related to food safety management and sanitation practices Support hiring processes by interviewing candidates and participating in staff development initiatives Experience Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations Demonstrated supervisory experience with team leadership responsibilities in hospitality or restaurant settings Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills Familiarity with inventory control, food safety regulations, and food production processes Prior experience managing hospitality teams in casual dining or fine dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to train staff effectively and manage managerial responsibilities confidently Knowledge of kitchen management practices including cooking techniques, food preparation, and food handling standards Ability to analyze financial reports related to profit/loss statements and implement strategies for operational improvement Join us if you're passionate about leading teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and thriving in a fast-paced culinary environment!
