Job Description
Food & Beverage Services Manager Job description: As the food and beverage manager you will ensure that guest receive the highest level of food quality and service. You will manage the restaurant staff regarding, hiring, scheduling and training. Working with the front and back of house managers will be an essential part of the job, to provide the best experience for all guest.
Job responsibilities:
Communicate with others using clear and professional language Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests service needs Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safety hazards. Train, hire, and schedule team members Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control Ensure that all staff are complying with alcohol serving standards Manage labor cost and operating expensesRequirements:
