About the
Role:
We're looking for a motivated, people-focused leader ready to take the next step in their career. As a Manager in Training, you'll work closely with experienced leaders to learn every aspect of running a successful store. This hands-on program is designed to develop your skills in team leadership, operations management, and guest service while preparing you for a future management role.
What You'll Learn and Do:
Support daily restaurant operations alongside store leadership, gaining experience in both kitchen and front-of-hours management Learn how to hire, train, and develop a high-performing team Assist with creating schedules, managing labor costs, and ensuring proper staffing Understand and apply standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service Participate in inventory management and ordering processes Gain knowledge of compliance requirements, company policies, and operational procedures Develop leadership skills by helping foster a positive, team-oriented culture Practice handling guest interactions and resolving concerns effectively Learn to monitor costs, track performance metrics, and contribute to hitting sales goals Assist with local store marketing efforts to build in-store traffic and catering sales
What You Bring:
Prior leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant or retail preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks A hands-on, lead-by-example attitude and calmness under pressure Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active during shifts Passion for food, people, and providing excellent guest experiences
