Proven track record of driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong knowledge of wine and food pairings, with a passion for culinary arts.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities with ease.

You ll be the driving force behind delivering our vision of outstanding food, fine wines, and unparalleled service. This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in restaurant management, a love for great food and wine, and a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Leadership:
Oversee daily operations, including front- and back-of-house activities, ensuring seamless service and high standards of food and wine quality.Team Management:
Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growth.Guest Experience:
Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience through exceptional service, attention to detail, and a welcoming atmosphere.Financial Performance:
Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue through effective inventory management, labor scheduling, and strategic promotions.Wine Program Oversight:
Collaborate with our staff to maintain and enhance our wine offerings, ensuring alignment with our culinary vision.Vendor Relations:
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality of ingredients.Community Engagement:
Represent Dos Olivos Market in the Buda community, fostering partnerships and promoting the restaurant through local events and marketing initiatives.Compliance & Safety:
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of restaurant management experience, with at least 1 year as a General Manager in a full-service dining establishment.Proven track record of driving profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

$55,000 + UNCAPPED Monthly BonusUp to $1,000 Sign-On Bonus !!!The sign-on bonus will be paid in two parts. The first half is paid after the 90-day probation period, and the second half after 6 months of employment.
