Job Overview Daddyo's Burgers--a fast growing and exciting food truck concept is seeking new teammates to grow with us. At Daddyo's, our mission is making amazing burgers and new friends. We are seeking dependable, energetic and customer focused people to help us bring our amazing burgers to more people! You will be a leader in daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and deliver memorable dining experiences. Your enthusiasm will help drive our success. On a food truck, cross-training is crucial so it's important that you are willing and capable to fill many roles with appropriate training. This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality management and eager to grow within a fast-paced, customer-focused setting. The right person and effort could lead to a partnership position. Duties Assist in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and service delivery. Oversee staff training and development to ensure high standards of food safety, customer service, and team performance. Supervise daily shift activities, including supervising staff, managing POS systems such as Toast POS, and ensuring smooth service flow. Control inventory levels through accurate stock monitoring, assist in ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and implement proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory or assistant manager experience with team management and staff training responsibilities. Knowledge of Toast POS system and ability to troubleshoot technical issues is a plus. Strong understanding of food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage hospitality teams confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, budgeting, and profit analysis; attention to detail is essential. Experience in casual dining or fine dining settings; catering or banquet experience is advantageous. Ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of customer service and food quality.
