Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize operational efficiency, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, kitchen management, and customer service to ensure smooth daily functioning. Supervise and train staff on food handling, POS systems such as Clover POS, and food safety protocols to uphold quality standards. Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and control costs effectively. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and conducting financial transactions accurately. Lead staff recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a high-performing hospitality team. Monitor shift performance, manage scheduling, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all restaurant functions. Conduct profit and loss analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost profitability while maintaining excellent guest experiences. Qualifications Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management skills including training & development, staff supervision, and leadership. Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS; experience with cash handling and basic math skills are essential. Knowledge of food safety management practices, inventory control, budgeting, and food production processes. Experience in casual dining environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus. Strong managerial communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and handle customer service issues effectively. Background in kitchen management or culinary experience preferred; previous assistant manager or managerial roles highly valued.
