In this dynamic role, you will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food preparation, and seamless team management. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food service, kitchen management, and customer interactions to ensure top-quality experiences. Lead staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food preparation, POS systems such as Aloha and Micros, and customer service excellence. Manage inventory control, food handling procedures, and food safety compliance to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality. Oversee shift management, scheduling, and cash handling processes to optimize operational efficiency. Implement budgeting strategies and monitor financial performance to meet business goals. Conduct interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training of team members to build a motivated and skilled workforce. Ensure adherence to hospitality standards across casual dining, fine dining, catering, bar services, and banquet events. Requirements Proven management experience within the food industry, including supervising teams in quick service or fast food restaurants. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and kitchen management. Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; proficiency in cash handling and transaction processing. Demonstrated ability to lead staff training & development programs with excellent communication skills. Familiarity with food safety regulations, inventory control procedures, and food handling best practices. Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant experience is highly preferred. Pay:
