Assistant Floor Manager - Flanagan's on Main (Park City, UT) Join Our Team! Flanagan's on Main is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations.
  • Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and bussers.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant.
  • Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
  • Jump in wherever needed during busy service.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures.
  • Work closely with the General Manager to improve operations and team performance. Qualifications
  • Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Team-oriented and willing to lead by example.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proof of work authorization will be required upon hire.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Schedule
  • Full-time position.
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
