Job Description
Assistant Floor Manager - Flanagan's on Main (Park City, UT) Join Our Team! Flanagan's on Main is looking for an experienced, energetic, and hands-on Assistant Floor Manager to help lead our front-of-house team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily front-of-house operations.
- Lead and support servers, bartenders, hosts, food runners, and bussers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient restaurant.
- Coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable.
- Jump in wherever needed during busy service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Work closely with the General Manager to improve operations and team performance. Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management or strong supervisory experience.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Team-oriented and willing to lead by example.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operations is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Proof of work authorization will be required upon hire.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Schedule
- Full-time position.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
