What you will have an opportunity to do: Position Summary The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily front-of-house operations at Dellshire Resort's off-site restaurant Dawn Manor. This role ensures exceptional guest service, operational efficiency, and a positive team environment while maintaining the highest hospitality standards. The Food & Beverage Manager leads service operations, manages staff performance, supports revenue goals, and ensures a memorable dining experience that reflects Dellshire Resort's commitment to exceptional service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Lead daily restaurant operations including service, staffing, and guest experience.
- Supervise front-of-house team members including servers, bartenders, hosts, and support staff.
- Create and manage team schedules based on business levels and operational needs.
- Ensure service standards, cleanliness, and hospitality expectations are consistently met.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or feedback.
- Train, coach, and develop team members to support service excellence.
- Monitor labor costs and assist with managing departmental budgets.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure smooth coordination between front and back of house.
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, alcohol service regulations, and health standards.
- Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control initiatives.
- Support special events, promotions, and high-volume service periods.
- Assist with pre-opening preparation and operational readiness for the restaurant. Leadership Expectations

- Be solution-oriented and focused on what is best for the operation, guest experience, and team as a whole. Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years of restaurant leadership experience in a hospitality or resort environment.
- Strong leadership, team development, and guest service skills.
- Experience managing high-volume dining environments.
- Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant operational reporting.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
- Frequent movement throughout the dining room and service areas.
