Quick Service Assistant General Manager Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Quick Service Assistant General Manager. In this role, you'll help lead one of the largest and most dynamic quick-service operations in the resort. You'll oversee the daily performance of multiple food and beverage concepts, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and financial success across every location. Oversee the daily operations, service excellence, and financial performance of multiple quick-service outlets, including Mirage, Zulu, Popsicle Cart, Smoothie Bar, Lemonade Stand, Food Truck, Hillside, Sands, Java Manjaro, Java Maji, Java Express, Rattlers, Volcano, and the Employee Dining Room (EDR). Lead with Love by fostering a people-first culture that empowers associates, builds future leaders, and creates exceptional guest experiences across all quick-service dining outlets. Salary Range - Starting at $65,000 Key Responsibilities Lead the daily operations of multiple quick-service outlets, ensuring consistent food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and hospitality. Coach, mentor, and develop a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and hourly associates while building a culture centered around Kalahari's Lead with Love promise. Drive financial performance by managing labor, food costs, inventory, waste, and overall profitability across all locations. Partner with culinary, beverage, purchasing, and resort leadership to ensure seamless execution of daily operations, special events, and peak business periods. Monitor guest feedback and operational metrics to continuously improve service standards and enhance guest experience. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards across every outlet. Assist with scheduling, staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management for a high-volume, multi-unit operation. Lead by example during weekends, holidays, conventions, and seasonal peaks, maintaining a visible presence throughout the operation. Support new initiatives, menu launches, promotions, and process improvements that drive efficiency and guest satisfaction. Step in wherever needed to ensure each outlet operates at its highest potential while delivering a consistent, world-class dining experience. What We're Looking For Multi-unit restaurant or quick-service management experience. A proven ability to lead large teams and develop future leaders. Strong financial acumen with experience managing labor, food cost, and operating expenses. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service while driving operational excellence. The flexibility to adapt quickly and confidently manage multiple priorities in a dynamic resort environment.
