This leadership role involve maintaining food safety standards, and managing the flow of service during your shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, basic math proficiency, and familiarity with POS systems to effectively support restaurant operations and uphold high-quality service standards.
Responsibilities :
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving any issues promptly. Manage food safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations and company standards. Utilize POS systems accurately for order processing, transactions, and reporting purposes. Perform basic math calculations for cash handling, order totals, and inventory management. Monitor cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant environment. Assist in training new team members and supporting ongoing staff development. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines at all times. Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of food safety management practices is essential. Basic math skills are required for daily operational tasks such as cash handling and order calculations. Proven leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are desirable for effective team supervision. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus but not required . Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
