Responsibilities but not limited:

Source and recruit candidates 2) Take applicants new hire packer work and review it 3) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule 4) Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates 4)Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes 5) Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated 6) Review applications & I-9 forms 7) Verify applicants ID's 8) Enter applicants in the system 9 ) Manage job postings, resume reviews, phone screens, and interviews to fill customer service job orders quickly

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Proven work experience as a Recruiter & Customer Service Representative. (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter) Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc) Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc) Proficient with Microsoft Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills 8) Must be Bilingual in English/ Spanish Compensation starts at $20-$23 per hour.
