Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage their seating preferences with enthusiasm and professionalism Handle restaurant reservation management efficiently using OpenTable Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and optimal table utilization Answer incoming phone calls with polished phone etiquette, providing accurate wait times and reservation information Maintain organized guest lists and waitlists to streamline seating flow during busy hours Assist with guest inquiries regarding menu offerings, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance their dining experience Uphold food safety standards by adhering to proper guest handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the hostess station Requirements

WEEKENDS FRI - SUN AVAILABILITY IS A MUST

Proven 2-4 years experience as a lead hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting Strong background in restaurant reservation management and table management systems such as OpenTable Excellent communication skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor and professional phone etiquette Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service and guest relations in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for managing reservations, wait times, and guest billing when necessary Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tables, reservations, and guest requests simultaneously Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating memorable dining experiences where every guest feels like a VIP.
