As the Dining Experience Lead , your primary responsibility is delivering excellent services to all our residents, which requires intimately knowing every resident and their unique preferences and needs.
Other primary responsibilities include:
Ensuring residents experience a compassionate, friendly and efficient dining experience in all three dining room venues Mentor compassionate and competent dining team members Assist Dining Room Supervisor in planning, organizing, and delegating daily operations to oversee dining services Take and deliver food and beverage orders from residents in a timely and organized fashion, which requires knowing the men (and ingredients of the menu) and memorizing daily specials Setting and clearing tables, washing table tops and condiment containers after every meal Maintain clean and fully supplied coffee and juice in the Bistro Keep the serving and dining room meticulously clean at all times
Requirements:
Qualifications:
At least 21 years of age High school diploma or GED, preferred Experience interacting with and deeply relating to seniors Meets all applicable licensing and background requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Alignment with Tenfold core values: curiosity, creativity, resilience, compassion, intention and contribution Ability to work Thursday through Monday, 11:30am to 7:30pm
